While I embarked on a quest to find the perfect diamond for my now fiancé, I first visited local jewelry stores as many would to get an idea of what was out there. My initial experience was disappointing as the sales persons usually would spend less talking about the intricacies of the diamond and the ring but more on how their store offer an affordable payment plan, free cleaning and resizing. Not to mention the shocking sticker prices. I resulted to doing further research online to educate myself on diamond grading and stumbled upon Whitelflash. At first I did not even consider purchasing something as expensive online but from all the reassurance from reputable forums like, Pricescope, made me a believer. Not only Whiteflash offered me a much better diamond but at literally thousands less than what I would have paid at the local stores. Their customer service is second to none. The countless hours I have spent with the sales team was worth it after I received the perfect ring for my fiancé, a 0.85 ct AGS000 VS1 F Princess set in a platinum Legato Sleek Line setting. She absolutely loved it and couldn’t keep her eyes off it until now. She has also received dozens of compliments and even stares from jewelry stores. I would also like to add how impressed I was with Whiteflash’s lightning fast shipping. But I think the best part of the buying experience is the support I got after the fact. The sales team made sure that I was happy with the purchase and gave me their full support with other questions I had. Their attention for me hasn’t changed since day one. Thank you Whiteflash and I will surely recommend you to all my friends! For all of you of who are hesitant on buying a ring online, do yourself a favor and get over it, but go to Whiteflash!

I had to send my fiancee's ring to back Whiteflash for the proper sizing of its matching wedding band and I was again impressed with their service. The engagement ring came back looking brand new to match the new wedding band, and the two rings together could not look more perfect. Kudos to Whiteflash for supplying some killer photos, and for a great overall customer service acumen. It is always a really nice touch to see such a critical purchase so perfectly presented. The professionalism that I have enjoyed in the last week while handling my fiancee's wedding band has been nothing less than first-rate, top shelf service. I would also like to mention the extreme value here - I had a few local jewelry shops quote me to replicate the matching Whiteflash band in the advent that time became an issue and every quote came in at least $1000 higher than my final cost to buy the correct piece from Whiteflash.

We are both extremely happy about your professional customer service and of course, the rings! There are no words to describe how beautiful they are and every time I look at them they are on FIRE! We got engaged last weekend in Las Vegas inside the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, it was very romantic and the engagement ring just sparkles throughout the night. I can’t wait to wear both rings together! Your email system with the Fedex tracking attachment is fantastic and it was great to see my ring travelling half-way across the world! My fiancee to be loves the ring, as do I. The ring looks amazing and it is exactly what we wanted. I love the finish of it and the ACA (A Cut Above) centre stone is incredible and I love the way the setting lets you see the centre stone in all its glory ? The sidestones look fantastic too and are a great match. Thanks so much to the Whiteflash team for all your efforts during my experience from diamond purchase, arrangement of payment all the way through to the ring design and shipping. It has been a fantastic experience and your great service has been the key reason for getting the ring completed with you. The service levels were maintained after committing to use your services which again is a great thing as others sometimes let their game slip once they know you are buying from them. I had originally intended to just get the loose diamond and have it set by a local jeweller, however the service I received was nowhere near as good as Whiteflash and meant that I was happy to abandon the local jewellers and use your services to create my custom ring Customer service can never be underestimated, especially for a purchase such as this. It was really good that you were prepared to contact me on the phone to answer my queries and concerns (which turned out to not be concerns at all!). From my diamond buying assistance with Liza to their shipping department, every process was well documented by e-mail. Who ever thought buying a diamond online would be so easy! At first I was skeptical of purchasing a diamond online, but with so many great reviews from diamond forums, I decided to give them a try. I would highly recommend their "A Cut Above" brilliant rounds. I just received a beautiful 1 carat, F, VS2 loose diamond from Whiteflash, Houston, that has as much fire in it as any comparable Hearts on Fire diamond that I looked at for half the price. Since this was my first online shopping experience for a fairly major purchase, I was a bit wary. However, after talking with their gemologist, Bob Hoskins, and the rest of the Whiteflash team, my comfort level grew as did my faith in the diamonds they sell and their customer satisfaction 30 day return policy. Not only was the diamond exactly as represented, the entire process, including FedEx shipping and tracking was just as they told me. I did a lot of research before I found Whiteflash, and then did a great deal of research to ensure that this was the right place to purchase a diamond. I have shopped at several top end jewelry stores in the past and while the customer service was first rate, the attention to detail, the immediate answer to questions and low pressure that Whiteflash offered was beyond what I have been provided by other establishments. Whiteflash is awesome! If you are in the market for quality diamonds, they are truly a cut above. After shopping and browsing for a quality engagement ring for two months, I couldn't find any retailer - online or brick and mortar - that could compete with the quality and price Whiteflash offered. I told Whiteflash my budget and what I wanted as far as metal, setting, and carat, and she was absolutely awesome in helping me get the perfect setting and highest quality diamond for my budget. Then it got better. The day I picked up the ring I was stunned by the fire and beauty in the diamond. It was an unbelievable cut and the pictures, even magnified 40 times, didn't do it justice. My fiance still tells me every day how beautiful her ring is and how much she loves the diamond. After all of the comparison shopping I did, there is no one who can compete with Whiteflash for the price, quality, and service.

Whiteflash is primarily an online retailer, but if you are in Houston they will gladly meet with you and show you anything you are interested in. I found Whiteflash while I was engagement ring shopping. I went to their office and met with Brian "the Cutter." He spent two hours with me discussing all the aspects of the stone(s) that I was considering. I have read the four c's over and over again, but he brought up things that I never would have thought of. In the end I got a beautiful stone at a 'rock' bottom price!
