It seems Cy-Fair Hospital has changed a lot lately. We had not really needed them for a year or so, but were pleasantly surprised during an ER visit a few weeks back. New ER!!! Tons of rooms! I actually could not count them all. In and out in about an hour and a half. My daughter even got to be in a room with kids stuff on the walls. The doctor actually looked at her and talked to her. When was the last time any doctor looked at the patient, much less a kid. Oh, and by the way, they did actually explain to us that the charges may appear high, but our insurance would cover most of it, and we would have a relatively small amount to pay.We went back for some follow-up testing this week, and the outpatient department was so nice to us! We felt like they really cared, and we were registered and in the MRI by our appointment time. They even played with my daughter like she was in a spaceship while her MRI was being done. She wasn't even scared. She thought it was cool. Very impressive, and very much appreciated.We will definitely return to Cy-Fair in the future.

I went here to get my eyes done via lasik. It price itself is pretty pricey so yeah. It's really amazing to not having to wear contacts or glasses again. The doctor here is nice and very intelligent. Thank god I recovered well and I saw things clearly again. Super Highly recommended.

Dr. Tod Bogart ~ I cannot say enough about this dentist and his practice. It is run sooo smoothly that you would not believe it was a dr.'s office :-) His staff is freindly and very qualified! Dr. Bogart is wonderful with the children! He explains exactly what he is doing so that the kids are not scared and makes going to the dentist a good thing! He fully explains everything to the parents ~ I have learned so much that I have taken for granted because of his thoroughness! And it is not explained in some long drawn out boring detail. It is positive, informative and pleasant! I will always take my children to Dr. Bogart and refer him to anyone in search of an excellent Dentist! Plus his office is clean and kid-friendly, very plush with little to no wait time. They do not over book, which I so appreciate!

His staff is attentive and capable, and he has a wide selection of stylish frames -- from funky to conservative. I am thrilled to have found him, and recommend him highly.

Good: The lbj er staff and nurses are some of the best in the city. The service,price,quality,and competence are some of the best the city has to offer.. Bad: the wait time in the ec.. Improvements: I would like to see more staff and beds. Other: Overall its a blessing to have a hospital that is there for those who aren't able to afford medical healthcare. Affordable healthcare is a growing problem nationwide.
