Well I've been going to this place for years, i got my first glasses here when i was 10 and now I am 19 and still using the same place. I have glasses and contacts the prices might be a little expensive but only if you don't have insurance. They are so nice and make you feel so good when you go there. For contacts you get free solution and supplies whenever necessary, and they also clean your glasses for free. Very nice people and very good doctor i recommend them to everyone =)
Pros: good doctor, very friendly people,

The doctor/owner is knowledgeable and personable. He'll take the time to answer your questions. He won't wisk you in and out like they do at the franchise shops. They are located in West Houston outside Beltway 8 at the corner of Wilcrest and Briarforest. They have hundreds of designer frames and many other economic generic frames on display. Their lens prices won't gouge you like the franchise operations.
The doctor is an expert at helping those over forty with reading and computer glasses and contact lens options. They have thousands of trial contact lenses on hand. Don't fight the traffic and parking problems at the malls. Their phone number is (713)781-5080. If this sounds more like an advertisement than a review, it is. I'm the doctor/owner. I was looking for a auto mechanic and stumbled across my own listing. Mention you read this piece and I'll give you a discount. Do you know a good mechanic?

I would get allergy shots on the 4th floor. It was really convenient and it didn't hurt all too much. The staff up there was very friendly and very understanding that kids don't like shots. They would also give you advice on if your arm starts to swell from the allergy shot or what to do if it starts to get stiff.
On the first floor, my sister would go to the dermatologist. I don't remember his name but he was very helpful. He was at a decent price also. The doctor is very knowledgeable about his field.
On the first floor also, there was an expert eye specialist. I used to get my vision checked there and get my eye glasses prescription. He was very nice and made you feel comfortable about putting numbing eye drops in your eyes or when the machine would need to touch your eyeballs.
All three are great doctors.

I am new to the Houston area and didn't know where to turn to find an Opthamologist after realizing I had done some damage to my eye. I found Dr. Sanders looking in the yellow pages. Was I fortunate! With a total crap shoot I came up the winner! The entire experience was wonderful, from the time the staff answered the phone to my follow up visit. Everyone in his office is professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Sanders was reassuring (especially in light of the fact that I just moved to Houston this week) and calming. If you looking for a great eye care professional call his office. The wait was a little long ... but they apologized!!!
Pros: professional, caring
Cons: long wait

More
Constructed in 1925, this genteel hotel includes an Aubusson tapestry from the 1700s and 19th-century wood panels from a French chateau. A renovation added modern flair yet preserved its classic beauty. The Warwick also boasts awe-inspiring views, comparable to anything you'll find in Paris. The view of the downtown skyline to the north and verdant Hermann Park to the south is stupendous. There are 308 rooms, of which 74 are suites, mostly appointed in Old-World style, with 24-hour room service. The hotel is within walking distance of Houston's top museums and the shady, tree-lined streets of Rice University. Nearby Hermann Park has jogging trails, a golf course and the Miller Outdoor Theater, which sponsors free weekend performances in the summer.
