It has been awhile since I went to her but I remember her lack of concern. She also did not take the time to explain things to me and never showed up for the birth of my son until it was over - which turned out to be great because my son was delievered by a wonderful doctor - Dr. Randall Dunn, who is now my regular GYN.

I waited an hour and a half for my appointment. When i was seen I had 2 Nurses do my ultra sound, Then another doctor gave me a pap and during my pap and nurse asstant just walked in without even knocking. Talk about rude! I didn't even meet Dr. Woolfolk at that visit. She walked right past me and my husband and when the lady tried to get her attention to meet us she gave my husband a dirty look and kept walking. I will not continue to see her i have changed doctors and hope for the best of luck with all of her other patients. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!

You'll have to wait an hour in waiting area and then another hour in exam room. When she finally comes in, she is clueless about you (she could've taken 1 more minute to read my chart each time to refresh her memory). However, each time I went, I had to explain to her that it was my 2nd pregnancy and that my cervics sits lifted. Basically, you are treated like a #,not a patient. She referred me to radiologist for ultrasound & didnt even know how to fill out the referral paperwork. It was scary!I'm switching dr

My wife and I just recently had our son and on the day our son was born, Dr. Woolfolk did not come and check on my wife at ALL during the day and in the end she dropped the ball and instead a colleague of hers delivered our baby, due to the fact that the nurse called her and described to her that our son was under stress while still in the womb. Donna is incapable of actually following through. My wife went for her two week check up with Donna with the understanding that she was scheduled to circumcise our son and after waiting for over two hours she told my wife that she was not confirmed for such a procedure! so after saying "Hi" to Dr. Woolfolk and having her get paid by our insurance, my wife is in tears after feeling dooped by our "health care professional". My wife was told by the appointment desk the Friday before the Wednesday visit that she WAS confirmed for such a procedure to be performed on our son. After speaking with Donna myself and just asking out of curiosity, why was the procedure was not performed, she said she doesn't like to perform such a procedure after 12 Noon! Is that a preference? Shouldn't she be asking what is best for my wife and son?! after all they are the patients! I mean come on, she's making a 6-figure salary to do what? be rude and inconsiderate to her patients. To top it all off she never examined my wife's stitches that day, even after my wife expressed concern over pain and discomfort. I mean would Dr. Woolfolk want to be treated that way by someone? Please tell me there are better doctors out there! Today I have lost faith in some of the health care professionals that are out ther practicing, living the high life off of all that insurance money they are collecting! DO NOT GO AND SEE DONNA WOOLFOLK! unless you would like to be disrespected and made to feel as though you are not a priority in her office. Also, I would think she would have a better bedside manner. I have a PhD in science after she said it was fine for us to call her by her first name, after I come up with questions as to why my wife was not examined and our son was not taken care of when we were under that impression, she became very defensive when I spoke to her. She told me "Ok Mr. ______ My employess don't refer to by my first name, it's Dr. Woolfolk" so it's like that I asked. Then I asker her to address me as a Doctor as well, she didn't so I said have a wonderful afternoon Donna... I mean come on with this ""GOD" complex you breathe air just like anyone else in the world. She should take some time to remember that we as patients/our insurance providers are the ones that are providing here with that high lifestyle. Also her referals are crap, she referred us to a pediatrician that was horrible with our son, and he was so old that we would be looking for another doctor within a year or two... that's not doing right by your patient. Do not go and see Donna Woolfolk, MD. I found her judgement and capabilities to be unacceptable! She's usesless as an OB/GYN. She didn't even deliver our son as she said she would even with two days advance notice that we believed my wife was goiung into early labor! Then again that just my experience with her. Good luck feeling as though you are worth anything when sitting in front of her...

Dr. Woolfolk is located in The Medical Center in the Hermann Professional Building. She is an experienced ob doctor for overt 10years and she is the best at what she does. I had the experience of being in the delivery room when my daughter went into labor, and Dr. Woolfolk demonstrated calming techniques, and reassured us with her professional expertise. She is conveniently located in the Medical Center and has ample parking.
