Great shop! first review ever and they deserve it! Friendly staff, excellent selection of smoking pipes, and hooka accessories. I went in for some hooka tobacco and they have the best selection of Starbuzz that I've seen. They even had replacement gaskets for my damaged hooka! really wonderful shop, hands down best in TX! while there are smoke shops within walking distance from me I'll drive the 40 minutes to this Smoke Dreamz for my next refill! Smoke Dreamz is the best! I just got my new Joyatech ecigg and love it!!! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are spot on! Over the years we've gotten nothing but good quick service, friendly help and an awesome experience when we go! We live out in Katy and drive in passing by at least 20 different shops because we know we're going to the best shop in town! A Great Place! 11/19/2011

I have been going to Smoke Dreamz four or five times a week for the past year to pick up my kratom; and I have yet to have a bad experience! No matter how busy the store is they always have friendly and prompt service. I have come to know the whole family that runs Smoke Dreamz and enjoy interacting with them all. The store is always clean and their is constantly new stock. I highly recommend Smoke Dreamz for the EXCELLENT customer service, the GREAT prices, and their seemingly never ending stock. Over the years Smoke Dreamz is the only place I've been to that has never run out of kratom. I really don't understand why Smoke Dreamz has ANY bad reviews. more

Smart, No-nonsense Service 4/16/2011

I can't imagine that this place needs to ""fake"" good reviews. Honestly. I'm a middle-aged lady and not the typical customer for a head shop, but I find these guys to be extremely knowledgable and straight-forward, which makes the whole experience very positive. I shop there for vaporizer supplies and have to say, they know what they're talking about and are friendly and efficient. What's not to like? more

Kratom 3/9/2011

They are very nice and very good at customer service, but two things I must say that I don't like.\r \r One, the Kratom they sell is extremely expensive and they know it, too. Online, the same brand they sell can be found 3 times less expensive. Captain Kratom sells online for $12.00-$19.00, but they sell it on their shop for over $30.00, I think $33.00. It was because of this that I learned of the many places online that I have found that sell this herb and much better quality for as little as $10.00 per ounce.\r \r Second thing I don't like, on their counter they have a sign asking customers to come to this website ""citysearch"" and write ""nice"", positive reviews. I really believe that some of these reviews that are good are also FAKE, written by themselves or by family members and friends that are trying to make the place very great.\r \r If they sold the Kratom for the same price it sells online and if they removed that sign from their counter, I would give it 5 stars. more

Best Head Shop I've Ever Been To 3/1/2011

I've visited about 5 shops in Alabama and probably 10 in Texas, and overall this is the best one yet. It wasn't really sketchy or extremely businessy like others; it was very relaxed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The variety was excellent, the prices were very fair, and the staff was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering any of my questions. The fake reviews on here must be competitors, because they definitely aren't true. more

Totally taken care of by staff! 2/20/2011

I was on a mission to find the most comparable herbal ensense and I was accomodated in the most professional way by Smoke Dreamz staff. A friend recommended Smoke Dreamz and this is possibly one of the best referrals I've recieved. I walked in and was greeted in a normal way, nothing overly exciting or weird...just right. They recommended their top selling herbal insense and I went with it and, long story short, found it to be too intense for me. While they couldn't exchange the opened bag, they did happily exchange my unopened purchace for something I had experiance with. To top it off he threw in a couple samples of some ensense they feel I would have enjoyed (using the details of my complaint and what I was looking for as reference). No questions, just helped me out, and on the way I went. Top tier service, top tier selection. Smoke Dreamz has a new customer in me. more

This place is terrible and way overpriced. Been there a couple times in the past and felt ripped off as I left. BC smokeshop is the BEST in Houston hands down. Their staff and selection has no competition. I got my Da Buddha from there CHEAPER than the manufacturer. Smoke Dreamz is amazing 1/25/2011

I'm truely not sure what all these bad ratings are for. I love everything about Smoke Dreamz. Mama Dreamz is the best in the world. A lot of people have been complaining about them not being helpful but every time I walk in there if the person behind the desk isn't helping somebody else they greet me at the door. And this isn't just a one time thing I've been going to Smoke Dreamz for probably 6 years now. Granted, some of the prices can be a little high at some times but they are definitely willing to work with you on the price if you tell them what you are looking to spend. Very reasonably priced when you actually talk to someone not just look at the sticker price. They are trying to weed out all the stupid people who just want to go grab the first thing they see and pay cheap. In fact, I'm on my way out the door over there as soon as I'm done with this review. There's not much else to say. Darn good selection, worth while pricing, and always helpful staff. more

By far my favorite smoke shop in houston! I used to live near the galleria so it was close to me when i was younger, but now i have moved downtown and if i am in need of some quality smoking supplies i am more than willing drive all the way out to smoke dreamz. The owners and family there are incredibly friendly and always make you feel just at home when you walk in. They are also incredibly knowledgable of the pipes and accessories that they are selling. Another thing is you can tell these guys have been California to visit some pipe conventions. They have some very designer pipes that you wont be able to find anywhere else and you can be assured that you might be the only one in this town that has one. They will also have the most state of the art and newest pipes on the market here too. Ive been going here for 6 years and i will continue to go here as long as possible! Thank You SmokeDreamz! more
