I have been going to Smoke Dreamz four or five times a week for the past year to pick up my kratom; and I have yet to have a bad experience! No matter how busy the store is they always have friendly and prompt service. I have come to know the whole family that runs Smoke Dreamz and enjoy interacting with them all. The store is always clean and their is constantly new stock. I highly recommend Smoke Dreamz for the EXCELLENT customer service, the GREAT prices, and their seemingly never ending stock. Over the years Smoke Dreamz is the only place I've been to that has never run out of kratom. I really don't understand why Smoke Dreamz has ANY bad reviews.

They are very nice and very good at customer service, but two things I must say that I don't like.\r \r One, the Kratom they sell is extremely expensive and they know it, too. Online, the same brand they sell can be found 3 times less expensive. Captain Kratom sells online for $12.00-$19.00, but they sell it on their shop for over $30.00, I think $33.00. It was because of this that I learned of the many places online that I have found that sell this herb and much better quality for as little as $10.00 per ounce.\r \r Second thing I don't like, on their counter they have a sign asking customers to come to this website ""citysearch"" and write ""nice"", positive reviews. I really believe that some of these reviews that are good are also FAKE, written by themselves or by family members and friends that are trying to make the place very great.\r \r If they sold the Kratom for the same price it sells online and if they removed that sign from their counter, I would give it 5 stars.
