Over priced and self reviewing this company is the worst. After Harvey I had no flooding but the bottom of my garbage disposal had rusted out and was leaking. I called and after listening to an insipid chucklehead give me excuse while he pontificated on how great his company should be, was informed they would no longer service my area. His justification was there was flooding 5 miles from where I am. I got to thinking about the folks who need a plumber at the time of catastrophes and am appalled at the situation. If in the Atascocita - Humble - Kingwood area, call .. Much more affordable and professional hometown plumbers. Don't be fooled by these self generated reviews. more

Everyone has been very nice and the customer service is excellent. Sorry we would have loved for you to put a hot water heater in but we are in our 80's and we can't afford that. The plumber that came to our house was extremely nice and you can tell he knows his job well and we appreciate him. more

Shut-off Valve replacement 6/9/2015

BFP did a great job on the repairs under my kitchen sink. I had three leaky shutoff valves replace in under 1.5 hours. I would recommend BFP. I called and had a plumber at my home in under one hour. more

Water shut-off valve replacement 5/19/2015

Glad to see on Judy's Book. Cameron and Susana were great to work with. Service was very punctual and I was kept up to date on when Cameron would be arriving for the job. The work was done quickly and I was able to get an appointment on short notice. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to my friends as well. more

Totally Prepared 5/16/2015

The technician showed up within time frame and immediately assesed the situation and gave a written estimate. After receiving permission to continue, he went right to work and cleaned the area after completion. Personable and professional attitude. more

Cameron R. from Ben Franklin Plumbing - Houston did a superior job today repairing our plumbing issues. He arrived on time, dressed professionally, handled all transactions in an exceptional, professional manner and completed the work in good time. We were completely pleased with the work done and the effort he put into ensuring that we were fully informed of all needs as well as what he was doing. This is our second interaction with Ben Franklin Plumbing - Houston and we have been completely satisfied both times. We would recommend them to others needing plumbing services. more

Plumbers 1/23/2015

Prompt, courteous, professional. From my telephone call to them to when the problem has been successfully accomplished they kept me informed. This is third time I have had them correct a plumbing problem. The person who handled my calls has always been courteous. She was able to get the plumber to the hose on my preferred day and time. In each case they gave me a two hour time window to arrive at my home. The plumbers were always on time. They reviewed the problem and showed me how they would the attack the problem and what the cost would be. Today's work was the same way as always. more
