We had an unfortunate incident where we needed business and personal locks changed quickly. Roy was there in 45 minutes and was extremely nice and took care of everything for us at both locations. He was very nice and treated the situation professionally while also being friendly and helpful. It was a stressful time yet he was able to remedy the situation quickly and at the very reasonable price, I highly recommend this company and will keep him in mind for future security needs. My husband and I recently purchased a new home and wanted to get the place re-keyed. I searched on City Search and found Security Viper to come highly recommended. Both my husband and I called and left messages and I even emailed our information to them to have them call us back. It has been almost a week and we have never heard back from them. I am not saying their work is back because I never had any work done. I will just say that they have very poor customer service. Needless to say we are very disappointed.

Excellent service and Roy was so nice to deal with. I found Roy to be honest and helpful. If I ever need a locksmith again, I will use Roy. He rekeyed all locks in my house and there were quite a few locks to rekey. I had at least five or six different keys and he simplified life by providing one new key for all the locks. This is a small independent company that is run, operated and serviced all by the same guy. He is really easy to work with and was at my house withink 20 minutes of me calling. He rekeyed several of my locks and made sure I knew everything he was doing. He is very social and makes you feel comfortable having a stranger in your house. He is very passionate about what he does and wants to make sure that the work he does is the best. He even guarantees everything and will come back out if there are any additional problems. I would highly recommend him for any of your security needs.

well, I had to replace my locks becouse im getting divorced and had to do it quick, I called and the guy was very friendly but more important he was very knoledgable about what I need to do. He explained to me what are the better options and told me i didnt need new locks just to rekey them. The second he got to my house i felt safe and I knew he will make sure it stays that way. It took him like 35 minutes and the locks were rekeyed, he even showed me how a lock works. By the way He suggested to get a safe for the real important stuff and I think this is one of the best investments I have made, He even bolted it to the floor so I'm prety safe now....
