My son went to Creme from 18 months to 3 1/2 years -- we loved the toddler room, but things didn't go well for him once he went to the "garde" rooms, and the level of personal attention he got went down. He cried every day I dropped him off, until he was around 3 and finally made some friends in class. Many of his teachers made a connection with him, but it seemed like he was shuffled around so frequently that he just seemed lost. Big positive: the admin staff is wonderful and always went above and beyond to help us. Pros: Wonderful admin staff & director Cons: High teacher turnover, high student to teacher ratio

My son has been going to Creme since he was about 5 months old. He is now 4 1/2. He loves his school and so do we. He loves his teachers, loves the work he does and he has never once complained about going to school. Yes, this is a "fluff-filled" school. It is a wonderland and I agree that you have to look past this and see what really goes on in the classes. Having taken my child here for over 4 years, I think I've been in the classrooms enough to see what goes on. Discipline could be more strict, no doubt about it, but these children are well-adjusted, confident and are VERY nurtured. I have to disagree with those that say it is not a school. These children begin learning at 14 months and are very focused and intelligent as a result. This is not an ordinary run-of-the-mill daycare. As for the turnover rate, yes, some teachers come and go. However, there are at least 2 caregivers in the infant room that were there when my son was an infant 4 years ago. The 14+ month toddler club also still has the exact same teachers. And every teacher my son has had since then is still at the facility. This is NOT high turnover. I've gotten close to a number of teachers and have never heard them complain about their jobs. The kiddos do switch teachers every six to nine months, but they are transitioned and most teachers are still present in their day-to-day even if it isn't their "main teacher". If you want a place that allows your child to be a child, but at the same time teaches them to make good choices, relate to others and learn at a higher standard, consider Creme. Tour several daycares/schools and compare. Not every facility will be a fit for every person, but this is no doubt the right place for my son and soon to be second child. Pros: Learning environment, commitment to excellence, exciting for the children Cons: Could use more classroom structure and discipline

It's no better than any other daycare except for the building is nice. They like to sell you on things like "we can take care of haircuts, gymnastics, karate, and look at the pretty bridge with water running under it"...All of that glitter wears off after about day one for a child. The teachers are not with the same group for very long, because they rotate them to different classes. The workers are not paid well and there is a high turnover in the ones that will be bonding with your children. The directors/office workers/guides are very nice, but try to look past all the fluff and watch inside the rooms. Some of the children seem aggressive when the teachers aren't looking. Look at the faces of the children and try to envision your child with the same look. Don't just take a quick peek, really hang out there in front of that classroom and look at all interactions. It's best to watch the teachers when they don't think you are there. The directors were very nice about allowing me to observe them.The best place to get nurturing seems to be the churches, but usually the hours are limited. We didn't go there very long because my son got that "I'm miserable, please rescue me" look, so I did. Pros: Nice building, Professional Director Cons: Cattle-like herding/ lacks nurturing

I noticed a large TV screen in the infants' room the first day I got there, and when I asked about it, it seemed like it was on in the morning, end of the day, and also for short periods during the day. Given that the American Association of Pediatricians recommend NO TV (not even educational programmes) before the age of 2, and the recent links to Attention Deficit Disorder, its pretty shocking that a high-end daycare uses it so much. I pay these people to interact with my baby-not to stick them in front of a large screen. Pros: Very bright and clean environment. Fun enironment for kids. Cons: TV usage.

My kids attended from age 2 thru pre-kindergarten, and loved it. This IS a real school as well as a day care!! They were doing math, spanish, art,(age appropriate) etc as well as the extra classes offered in taekwondo, tennis, and gymnastics. The mini on-site water park was something that they really enjoyed and looked forward to each week during the summer. The staff was loving and caring towards both kids. My youngest is now in a gifted and talented class in cy-fair, but still mentions (whenever we are in the area) that he would like to visit Creme to say hi to his old teachers. His kindergarten teacher, Ms. Elizabeth, was especially wonderful. I believe she is now one of the directors. My oldest son and his wife had my first grandchild last year, and when she DOES go to day care, I will be subsidizing them to help send her to Creme. I certainly feel that you DO get what you pay for there. Pros: facility, love and attention given to kids by staff, educational and cultural offerings Cons: expensive

They say what you pay is what you get. So I decided to put my son there based on that . I went there to regester him and was given details and tour. During the tour , we met this very young teacher with 12 and more children on the way to the play ground . She was asked where is the other person who suppose to be with her ,infront of me and she replied she was by herself for a while with them. Well, I found that a red flag . I found the facility way above , but our kids needs the best staff , those who love kids naturally and most importantly those who provide what they promote. Pros: Honesty is very important when it comes to day care.
