I personally have experienced great service at John Eagle Honda. This young man that was mentioned named Thomas TORMA gave me nothing but great service.I think in any job not just including car dealerships you have to be some what aggressive, after all just like us they have to get paid too. Being a customer you have to keep there feelings in consideration as well and understand that just because they are salesman they cannot just sell you anything off the lot without the correct permission. Anyhow all of the people that I have encountered with seem to be very curtious and efficient. I am in retail management and with the service that I recieved I would be honored to have them work with me. Thomas was very gracious with me and gave me the best deal in town! So....Thanks Mr. TORMA

This is the first review I have ever written. I decided to do it because of my recent car buying experience. I used the Internet to do my research before I went in to buy my Sonata. I looked at the websites of all the Hyundai dealers in Houston and North Freeways was the only one that provided substantial details. North Freeway Hyundais website shows every single option on every car they have in inventory, it shows the MSRP, the rebates and their discounted internet price! All this without even talking to a salesman! It turns out they were as easy to do business with in person as online! I strongly recommend North Freeway Hyundai and the Sonata.

The first time we went to this dealership was just to look, no intention to buy. But the sale person was still very friendly and showed us around and took us for a test drive. So when I had an accident the following week and I needed a new car, we went back to this dealership right away and found the same sales. He was very helpful in recommending us what is the best model to fit our needs and we negotiated a great deal. The financing officer was very nice and easy to deal with as well. He did not push/force us to get extended warranty or other products like we experienced in other dealership before. Overall, great experience.

They were wonderful!! All aspects fo the sales transaction was smooth and without fail, from the salesman to the finance department. We also had a small problem after we already took delivery, and they were on top of it immediately.
They are GREAT people, and I will be buying another vehicle form them, and also use their service department!!

From start to finish, the deal was good, the people were good, the whole thing was quick and painless.
I felt I got a good deal, things were explained honestly and directly, and I didn't feel pressure to buy - but did so any way because the experience was good. I bought GAP insurance and a warranty from finance because the finance lady was up front and to the point and I felt what she was offering was the real deal.
The salesman pulled no punches - told me what I needed to know without being shady or cocky like most guys are when you're a woman shopping alone.
It really was the best experience I've ever had.

i visited this dealership to test drive their g35 coupe. the staff seemed to be very knowledgeable about their products and were genuinely excited about their own line of cars. the showroom was a little dark and the cars they had in there had modifications on them that made them look very unclassy. other than that, this is a very good dealership.

I bought my first Hyundai at Hub, a 2002 Accent L. I went in and asked for the cheapest car on the lot. They were very honest and told me that it's the car that they put in the newspaper to attract people in so they can talk you up to a more expensive car. Well, I ended up buying the ad car. I talked them down a few hundred bucks so they would add air conditioning (can't do without that in Houston) and I was off. I haven't had to go in for much service, so I can't really rate their repair department, but the dealership was good to me.
