For anyone who has had a bad experience with a dealership, report it to the Better Business Bureau. Be prepared to provide proof. Ads in the newspaper is one way of providing proof. Dealerships like to run ads which they have no intentions of honoring, it's to generate traffic, the old bait and switch. It is illegal and immoral. Do you think Bill Heard went out of business because of good business practices? They did the same thing as Munday Chevrolet is allegedly doing.

The service the scamsmen I mean salesmen nor the lies or theives.. Improvements: I think they should be shut down once I report them they will!. Other: I bought a car cash from Munday chev. And the deal was finalized until I got the call 3 months later that the car is going to be reported stolen If I didn't return it immediately I asked if they would give me my money back they said NO so 1 year of driving the car I get pulled over at gun point and thrown in jail for auto theft I'm still going to court forced to pay more money but after I'm done we are going back to court I'm getting my money back att fees court cost pain and suffering I hate them they ruin.

They fed us lies from the moment we walked into that place.. Improvements: Just be honest! Is that really too much to ask?. Other: We had plans to buy another car at a different dealership but couldn't get the good financing that Munday promised. So we bought there only to find out they couldn't get us the financing either and now we have missed out on the deal we would have gotten at the other place. I don't even know if they will give us back our trade-in when we bring the car back to them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!.

Good: The first out of 4 Salesmen we spoke with was nice.. Bad: Had to Drive more than an hour to get there. They Didn't want to honor my 3,000 dollar voucher from Clean Air TX. Didn't want to cut us any deal on my first time to buy a new vehicle. Talked to 4 different salesmen. Never got the deal that was in the paper. They have very fuzzy math. Messed us around for more than 4 1/2 hours. Rude salesmen - Jorge Gonzalez was no help at all, and Daniel Kelly kept me there for 2 more hours and never changed the price of the truck to what it was originally advertized.. Improvements: Be honest and Honor the deal. Stop screwing people over. Go by the deal you have in the paper. Get a bigger selection.. Other: DONT GO TO MUNDAY CHEVROLET - you will not get a deal..

We went to buy a used TrailBlazer from Munday Chevrolet and it was a horrible experience. We tried desperately to find out the final price of the vehicle. When we reached a deal with the salesman, he made us sign a (non legally binding) piece of paper, which was our commitment, to take to a manager to get approved. They made a counter offer not of a total price but in monthly payments. We told him we were not interested in. He then asked us to pull up our financing on the Internet so he could see our rate to see if they could beat it(and how much money we could spend)...We were GREATLY offended. We explained that we had a blank check and wanted to buy a vehicle now. He left again briefly, during which time we noticed that the line on the office phone was in use (Rodney, the sales manager's name was displayed) and it looked like they were eavesdropping on our private conversation (we could not confirm this for sure). So far, this process has taken over three hours... Finally, Rodney, the financing guy/sales manager came to talk to us. He was very rude and short. When I put my foot down and said take or leave our offer, the sales manager called yet ANOTHER manager to get approval, which they did not give. We asked for our credit application back, which Rodney literally grabbed and told us that it was their property and we could not have it back. We ended up leaving right then, tired, feeling dirty and used... I will NEVER step foot in Munday Chevrolet again! DO NOT BUY HERE!

I hate car dealerships. I hate the bait and swtich tactics that many use. I hate the constant pressure put on you by the salesmen. Having stated that, I must say that I did not have that negative experience at Munday Chevrolet. I went there with an ad looking for a particular car. While the saleman could not find that particular car, I did get the same deal on another car. I had every intention of buying that particular day so I am not sure if the pressure would have been put on me had I just been shopping around. The overall experience for me was positive, but it is still a car dealership.
