In 1994 I purchased a VN 1500 from this dealership. I was pleased with the service and product. I recently visited the dealership again to purchase another motorcycle. I wanted to test drive on e of the bikes. I was told that they did not have any 900's ready to test drive that I would have to come back. I did a few days later and drove one. It was smaller than I had hoped and asked to drive one of the larger bikes. Same story as before. I called in the AM a few days later and was told that he would have one ready for that afternoon about 3:30. I drove the 20 miles to the dealership and stood around for about 15 minutes until the sales rep finally came to me and stated that he did not have one ready for me to test drive. I felt that the customer service at AJ has declined drastically since I was first there. I went to another dealership and was treated well and given a good deal on a Nomad. I will not visit AJ Foyt again. I got the feeling that they do not care if they sell a bike or not. Hopefully some of you will have better experiences with them.

I am a happy customer. I have been going there for years for there $9.95 transmission service special. My wife Toyota Camry was acting up, I took it to Jones road. These guys again took care of me in very friendly and timely manner. Thank you A+

My 2004 Ford F-150 broke down on the hwy 59 and left me stranded, by luck I called Aplus on Kirby and spoke to Jamie, who was curtious and very helpful in getting my truck towed to his shop. Thier techs check my truck for free, and the manager recommended the proper repairs. Not only did they fix it right but they also only took two days, AMAZING !!! Never felt better about a repair I would recommend this shop to everyone

Took my car here to have the transmission fluid replaced and got a call an hour later saying that transmission fluid was brown and that it was rusted and gears were probably worn. I was told that I could bring the car back the next week to have tansmission taken apart (!!!) and detirmine the problem. When I went back to pick up my car it was left unlocked with keys under the floor mat, they had left for the day. As soon as I left the lot it started shifting bad. I had never had a problem before I was just doing regular maintence because of a special they had. I then took it to another mechanic and found out that the codes where erased and it had to be reprogramed. A $200 dollar fluid change!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

after having transmission problems for a few weeks went in to the new location and had a great experience with the turn around time and how willing they were to help. the best part was when the manager even stayed late for me to get my car. i would go back and send a friend. i did save a hundred dollars off of the major repair with the coupon

The first time I took my truck to A Tech, I felt like I got my $'s worth as I put 120k mi on the transmission before it went out. The 2nd time was a different story...I didn't even have 35k mi on it before it went out. Since it only had a 12 mo/12K mi warranty, I decided to take it somewhere else rather than risk a repeat episode.
Pros: Did a good job the first time
Cons: Transmission didn't last 2nd time
