I needed to clear bra my new 09 GXP and did a search online. Came across the Xpert Tint as the place to go but heisitated after reading a review. Went to another shop and they didnt want to touch Clear bra process. They called the Llumar rep who said go no where else than to Sonny at Xpert! Called Sonny and he set me up for the next morning. Next morning Jon and Sonny set me up and started on my vehicle right away. Sonny even gave me a Marauder to drive for the day! Didnt miss my appointments plus the use of a muscle car! Cant beat that. Big thanks for the Sonny and Jon for their professionalism and help. My GXP looks fantastic and they worked all the details to make sure it was perfect. THANK YOU! If you are ever looking to do a clear bra on your car make sure you get a computer cut over freehand. Xpert did it right.

first of all, you have to keep your records with anything u owe on, so u have tangable proof that they are out of line. then, if they ever do it again, ...or to anyone else...immediately go to the judge or d.a., for that area of town. tell them what happened, show them the date on your paperwork, GET A POLICE REPORT, get any kind of paperwork from the d.a., police, judge, etc... with reguard to the current date, and the due date. do not leave without an official's signature on it, that they witness that it is the 15th, and u arent due till the 18th. and while you are there, tell them that u want to scedual/file for a "tow hearing". keep your paperwork, where the officials sig as ur witness, or that they did witness that the company was out of line. (if u file for a 'tow hearing', and have a date when the case will come to court, take your proof that they repo'd it before the due date, and the judge will more than likely make them give ur car back to u. however, even if ur day in court isnt until 2 months later, when the judge gives u back ur car, he will also order that u be reimbursed for "damages", but unless u just took ur car to have a complete inspection done on it the day before they take it, how do u 'proove' YOUR case? keep diligent records of all repairs u have done to the car too. in court that stuff counts, and soooo many people trust the people they r doing business with, 'because they were so nice to me and sold me a car when no one else would', they dont keep proper records. like ur parents always told us....if it seems too good to be real, IT PROBABLY IS!!!! especially with a used car company!!!
however, if the judge were to make them give ur car back, and u also have proper records, of every expense that it cost u in transportation, because u didnt have ur car for how ever long, the judge will say, (more than not), ok, u owe the car co., xxx.xx dollars, he will take ur paymnt, less what u would owe them, and u..or them would pay the difference off of your saide of the case!
