I was brought here because my sister has been coming here for yrs. I was told at another auto facility that I needed a laundry list of things to fix my check engine light on. Long story short, all I needed was a gas cap and reset the computer. Instead of 935.45 worth of stuff, I don't even know what they do or where they are located. I can say the rule is, "you pay for what you get." I was honestly treated fairly and honestly here with Mikey @ Midtown Service.

The shop was actually a recommendation from a friend from choir group at church. I liked the shop and the work I received. I would recommend this place to others. I haven't post here before but I remember when Judy's book was the coolest thing to post recipes and reviews. Now it's not as popular but I still like seeing the reviews and looking for things to buy.

I like the fact that the Asian guy their spoke good English and gave me GREAT service. I like these Independant shops better than the big chains.

I moved to Houston not to long ago, and I needed some service on my car. I didn't know where to go so I went on-line and I found Judy's Book here. I read an article that Alice wrote and she praised this shop, so I decided to go there. It was like being at my old mechanic shop back where I'm from. I loved it. The owner was nice and polite. I really believe he gave me an honest price and treated me fairly.

They diagnosed the problem of my automobile at a timely manner. Their staff was very courteous and patient with me. I'm the type of person who ask alot of questions and don't know anything about a car. Sometimes it drives other service advisors crazy at other locations (Car Dealers, Firestone, Goodyear), but this facility was very patient and nice.
