Recently, I needed a routine oil change and used coupons I had received in the mail to lead me to selecting Domestic Auto Experts to do the job. As a busy Mother of four children, it is difficult to squeeze in time for auto repair, nonetheless, I arrived with children in tow and were warmly greeted, sodas were offered, as well as we were able to watch the repairs through the windows from the lobby. When the repairs became more intensive and timely, the Domestic Auto staff offered us shuttle service to local shopping and restaurants. Later, we were given a rental car to use during the remainder of the repairs. Not only have we selected Domestic Auto Experts for our auto repairs but we highly recommend it to others who are seeking to build a relationship with a competent auto repair facility.

I decided to try this place out because of the idea that I could watch my car being worked on and pictures of my parts shown on the website. I took my van in on Monday morning with a check engine light and by 9am they told me of the problem, they did a smoke check of the lines to find a leak. I watched on live cam all day and called every three hours and was told that they are still looking for a leak all the while my vehicle sat and was not being worked on. At about 3pm I watched my van leave the shop and I called for an update and the associate said that it was still in the shop and that they were still locating the problem. I told him that I saw my van leave and I was then told then that my van was rotated out because of other vehicles needed to be worked on and the other customers had rental cars that needed to be turned in. So I was pushed aside for customers that had rented a car from them for a day or two. Talk about making me important, they lied to me and did not treat me fairly. After speaking to the manager my van was taken in and the problem was found in 20 minutes. Bottom line, they still lied to me even though they are being watched and those pictures that they take, I don't know because they never took any pictures of my parts at all. Pros: novel idea and good presentation Cons: bad management, still out to cheat ya.
