Thank goodness my friend told me about this place! Talk about service! These folks bent over backwards for me and I didn't even spend that much with them. I have already told 4 people about them because I was so shocked at the level of service that you just don't see anymore. I will never go anywhere else. E-v-e-r!

This car service shop was very helpful. I went in for one reason and they found a more pressing problem and pointed that out to me. I couldn't address the original problem at the same time so they itemized the repairs needed and gave me a printout. I thought the prices were fair and they didn't try to sign me up for lots of things I didn't need. Buffy is very good at explaining the problem and proposed solution and I like the attitudes of the employees.

We use Kar Hospital for all of our car-care needs. If it's not right, they will make it right! Will continue to use their service and tell friends about them. It's not so easy to find a trustworthy auto repair establishment but Kar Hospital is excellent. Pros: Skilled, friendly service, trustworthy Cons: None

This place is great. Buffy explains exactly what is going on with my vehicle, what broke, why it broke & what can be done about it. She never pressures me to get work done but she does schedule it all out so that I can afford my car repair. It's really nice to talk to another woman about this stuff. She doesn't talk down to me or try to make me feel stupid. My car is always fixed on time and the one time that there was a problem they bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend this shop. I've been going there almost 10 years & have never had a bad experience. Neither have any of my friends. Pros: Friendly, knowledgebale, easy to find & fix my car right. Cons: Closed Saturday & Sunday
