come visit the Heritage Society's historical homes and museum on Bagby in Houston. These homes range from a log home built in early 1800s to a Greek Revival from 1907. They are furnished in period pieces and are air conditioned so the tour is comfortable and very informative.

This was a wonderful activity to spend with the kids on summer break. I had two 8 year olds and a 10 year old with me and they were all enjoying the walk through the human body and the who done it exibit. Not an all day affair, but its a wonderful way to spend a few hours in the afternoon.
Pros: Free parking, Great Value, Educational Fun

Well I went there and had a blast. The karts are the fastest that I have been on and the staff were more than happy to help me. The briefing session was very clear and they will let you know any secrets to getting a good time on the track. It truly was a good racing experiance and I bought a membership as I will be back there soon.
Pros: Fast driving indoor
Cons: Can get you tired

I recently went to the planetarium, and they showed a movie about the Dead Sea Scrolls...NO STARS. A waste of my money. Not what I expected, and the ticket counter didn't tell me. Just make sure they're showing stars before you buy your ticket.
