This cute little salon has four hair stylist, 3 ladies and a 1 gentleman. They also have a massage therapist. I go regularly and I couldn't be happier. Rachelle is the girl that I use, and she's very good with highlights & up dos. You should probably call ahead of time to set up your appointment. They do accept walk-ins, but they are all so good at what they do that their usually with clients. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my stylist. So if you're looking around for a new salon give Dimensions a try.

Classic cuts offers a wide range of services from basis wash and sets to colors, highlights, even waxings. The hours are normmaly like most salons in our area, closed on Mon and Sunday. They have 4 stylist there and usually you can get in on short notice. Its a very laid back atmosphere.

Celeste is an wonderful person to deal with. Besides the excellent designs, they are very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this florist to ANYONE. They give you exactly what you want and help you with whatever you need. I am very impressed with this business and now she has a second store Downtown. Thank you for being so friendly and your experience shows in your work. I was very pleased. You will continue to have my business.

My husband needed a nice dress suit for our wedding, but going out and buy one was not going to be a wise decision. So we rented one from Norman's Tuxedo.
For under 70 bucks he got everything including the shirt, cufflings, the suit and the shoes. My husband had to get his own socks, t-shirt, and show up.
The service he recieved from this company was unsurpassed to any other tuxedo place we have ever had to deal with and i highly recommend this company.
Norman's also deals with other bridal shoppes for suit rentals and the service recieved there is just as good where suits are concerned.
PROS: Quality merchandise for a low price, complete suit with accessories
CONS: nothing

This place has a Nu location, Nu name, and a Nu Image (the official new name). I have tried many different nail salons in the Houma/Thibodaux area. I always found a flaw in the way they did my nails. With this salon, the job is perfect every time. They are now located at 238 South Hollywood Road but their number is the same. The service is the best. Whether you are getting a manicure, pedicure or waxing done, you can be certain you with look great when you leave. With Connie, Leslie and and Lindsey (Nail techs), you will always be satified. One big plus with this salon is that they (unlike most other nail salons) accept checks and credit cards. This is a big plus, bacause I hardly ever carry cash.

You can set up an appointment and don't have to worry about a crowd of people waiting in line to get there hair done.

Renaissance Health & Racquet Club is a place where you can go and not be judged no matter what fitness level you are at. The Staff there is very understanding and helpful to you and your specific needs. They will put together a specific program to meet your individual goals. You can see people from all walks of life there, from people who are very out of shape just starting out, to physical therapy patients just getting back on track, to even senior citizens trying to strengthen their bodies and keep the blood flowing. They have a wide variety of workout equipment, but sometimes it is all taken up, the popularity of the place is probably its own downfall, they might actually need to expand because so many people go there.

The workout Company had a lot of equipment and very friendly staff. I came here on a guest pass and was very impressed with the facility. They also have a bar that sells health bars and smoothies-great for an after-workout snack. Best of all were the classes. a little too expensive for me though. Also I don't like the idea of sighting a contract.
