Everything at Big Als is great from the boiled seafood to the gumbo. All is so mouth watering! The crabs are always fat and full. The crawfish are boiled with just the right touch of seasonings. The shrimp are huge. It make my mouth watering just to think about it!! Hungry for seafood, try Big Als!!

I went to Big Al's (for the first time) two years ago and I have been making it a twice a year pilgramige ever since! The prices are excellent on some of the best seafood (fried and grilled) in South Louisiana. They have good boiled crawfish (when in season) and my favorite is the Shrimp Po Boy!
Pros: All of the food
Cons: The drive to it from Baton Rouge!

Boudreau & Thibodeau’s Cajun Cooking is open 24 hours a day! Very convenient if you are coming home late from a concert/outing in New Orleans. What I like best about this place is the large selection of food. The service is really great and the food is even better. Come here if you ever have a craving for a midnight snack!
