Held on the Sleca office grounds, located on coteau road right across from slumberger's in Houma, this festival has something for everyone. This year it will be from 10/21 10-4pm and will feature over 200 craft and food booths, most of which are residents of the south Louisiana area. Admission is always free to this show and there's plenty of free ample parking. The show also is offering free entertainment through the day. The farmer's market offers a wide variety of fall vegetables for sale, including but not limited to pumpkins of all varieties, shapes, and sizes. Some of the different types of crafts offered are woodwork, candles, embroidered items, ceramics, and much more items to vast to mention. Some of these items are holiday themes, some aren't so this is the perfect place to get the last of those Halloween items and get a jump start on Christmas shopping.
