Evans Plunge is a water park where your sure to have lots of family fun. The water is heated by the natural hot springs, making it a purifying experience. There is indoor and outdoor, including kiddie slides. There is also hanging ropes and water toys you can use. There is also a workout center you can use. Definitely check this out, it makes for a fun day.

We stayed at the Best Western in Hot Springs, South Dakota and were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived without reservations and the front desk was very accommodating. We got a king, non-smoking room on the first floor for a great rate. The pool area (with hot tub) is clean, there is a computer with internet access for guests, and the complimentary continental breakfast was adequate. They also had snacks at night for their guests.
The best feature, by far, is their outstanding staff. From check-in, to housekeeping, to check-out, they were fabulous.

These guys are doing great work at not only fixing but restoring two historical sandstone buildings in Hot Springs SD. All donations and grants go directly to projects and they pay no salaries or benefits to any staff. Truely a civic group.
