We use International Travel Service for our business needs, however I have also used them to book my personal travel also. Travel agents have it tough these days, with cut-rate pricing and competition from the Internet slashing the already meager margins they've suvived on. With the right attitude and know-how, ITS takes the hassle out of planning a trip, especially for business travel where you need to balance pricing with your productivity, both at home and while you're away. I have sanity checked the prices that ITS has quoted against Internet travel agents and the airlines' web sites and found that they all are about the same. However, I was quoted a lower rental car rate directly from the rental company rather than through ITS, so keep that in mind when booking with any agent.

The company I work for uses ITS exclusively. I always do a price check with the on-line travel sites and ITS can almost always give us a better rate. I've probably used them close to 10 times in the past five years and I have never had a problem with an errored booking. The agents are courteous and very professional, always communicating well via email and telephone.
