Fidelity National Title is one of the better escrow companies I have worked with, especially the Downtown branch. They are quick to response to your requests and will take requests on 1 day turnaround preliminary title reports. They even work on some weekends and nights, as I get faxes and emails from them at all hours of the day. The escrow officers are also willing to travel to your office to sign and notarize paper work. Try Fidelity, you may be become a loyal customer like myself.

Fidelity National Title is one of the better escrow companies I have worked with, especially the Downtown branch. They are quick to response to your requests and will take requests on 1 day turnaround preliminary title reports.
