Chai's Island Bistro is the one of my favorite in Hawaii. At this place, they serve many good food. I have tried this place when I had an orientation at HPU. The taste was so great. The prices match with the food quality and service. The waiters dress coolly in black dress.

Great place to bring a date, friends, or even family! This has prompt service, with a wonderful view of the Ocean from atop Ala Moana center. The wait area inside is small, however one step out the door, is a GIANT open area with occasional live music (which is subtle once dining).
The price is exactly what you would be expecting if you have a CPK in your hometown (no increase for being in the mall).
Over-all a rating of 9. Servers make your experience, just that much better.
