Have you ever seen the local style gift cards in your local Longs Drugs store? It is usually at the end of the racks and they have their own card stand. These local gift cards are written in pidgin English and are sooo funny. They have them for birthdays, graduations and other special occasions. I've given them to mainlanders just to see their faces as they try to interpret the cards.

A local drug store chain with a few locations open 24 hours. Longs supplies a wide variety of products such food, toiletries, snacks, electronics, pet products, and some automotive stuff. They even rent out some DVDs for about $2 for a one day rental. And a lot of them aren’t just old DVDs they also have new releases too.

I have been shopping at Longs Drug at Kahala Mall for years now. It is one of only a few remaining stores that has been here since it opened. Longs Drug is like a general store in that it sells almost anything but clothing and large appliances. It also carries a lot of hard to find items for the beach and fishing such as beach mats, tabis, fishing poles and tackle. Longs Drug Stores advertise their specials weekly in the newspaper so you know what's on sale. This is a great local drugstore.
