They were good but not great. They were inexpensive but used materials that were on the cheaper side - not a big deal - but you get what you pay for. Framing and electrical was excellent, plaster... More
They were good but not great. They were inexpensive but used materials that were on the cheaper side - not a big deal - but you get what you pay for. Framing and electrical was excellent, plaster work was good. Only downside was they used cheap material whenever they could.

Good GC - most of the subcontractors were good. Based on very bad experiences with most GC's I would rate Kevin high. The usual issues with some over-run, but competitive.
