The best health food type store in hoboken. They have all the organic vegetables and fruit you could want. They have a nice selection of breads and spices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have some good recipes and is a great place for anyone in town who wants to buy some good organic vegetables and fruits, and al the usual things that go along with them.

I know Barnes & Noble is a chain, but how nice is it to have a book store right here in Hoboken? It's small, but chances are it has just what you are looking for. I recently joined a book club and try to check out this Barnes & Noble before going anywhere else. The sales people at this location are very friendly, and what I like best is that they will help you find your selection within minutes. Usually I am in a rush, but want to pick up something quickly. They find my book on the computer and lead me right to the spot it is in the store. And if I have a little more time, I ask if they have any suggestions. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and isn't that what you want in a neighborhood store? So just reminding you that the store is there, at the end of Washington Street....check it out before you head to the mall or some larger location on a nearby highway.

I passed this store and couldn't resist walking in. Well it was such a great experience that it has become a much often stopped at store where I can shop for my children. So often kids clothing follow the "look" of all the other big reatailers with nothing fun or different. But the clothes I found here were not only unique, but very well made too. My children don't complain that they are uncomfortable. They seem to last a long time and stand up well to regular wear and routing cleaning. And, my kids don't go to school wearing the typical look of a tee shirt graphic and jeans. It is a great place to shop too.

This place is awesome, its the king of the bodegas in Hoboken. I just got some fresh cheese and cookies from them, they have it all. They have beer, wine, spirits, ice cream, pre-cooked foods, salads. Great place, even if you uptown its a good place to walk down and get some seaweed salad.

Wow, this restaurant is amazing. The decor is incredible and the food is just as good. Check out the downstairs, you suddenly feel like you are not in Hoboken anymore. The tapas style of food makes for a long, enjoyable and reasonably priced meal. Highly recommend this place for any size group.

When you walk in Luca Brasis's you know you are in for a good treat. They don't waste their time on a glamorous dining room or filling the soda refrigerator. Instead you walk up to the counter and order one of the best Italian sub's you can get anywhere. The mozzerella is always fresh and extremely tasty. The chicken parm is fantastic. Everything is made fresh to order and you can make it however you want. The prices are right and you feel like you got your money's worth when you walk out the door. This is definitely the best choice in getting an Italian sub in Hoboken.
