The Liberty Grill offers the best pizza this side of gravity. It's thin crust and savory flavor are the reason these pies are no longer a secret. If you go in for takeout there is slim chance their world famous bartender know affectionately as "Guy" will let you leave thirsty. Back-up bartender Freddy may be slightly slower on the tap, but he sure make up for it with his daily sing and dance routine. Owner Christian Thompson's pleasant demeanor and welcoming smile will make you feel like a regular in less than a visit. In addition to the staff you will not find a more welcoming clientele. A corner bar where everone is family, they boast a resident lawyer, psychic, plumber, sausage man, construction guru, accountant, fish purveyor...........you get the picture. You're gonna love this place. $5.00 pizzas and $2.00 beers? No wonder I havn't been home to my wife in 8 years.

Great food, moderate prices and large portions. The pizza and calzone are great, and there are a lot of specials with bonuses, especially early in the week. The pizzeria is clean. Some complain about limited parking, but theres also a small lot behind the complex which is great for busy Friday nights especially. A casual and friendly place; youll see your neighbors there.

Cold Stone Creamery is now in the Derby Street Shoppes. The ice cream is great, service is friendly but the prices are outrageous.
I love the mix ins b/c you can basically create your own flavor every time you go. The ice cream is very creamy and not too sweet. The chocolate covered waffle bowls are yummy too.
My personal favorite is birthday cake remix. The ice cream tastes like cake batter. YUM.
I definetly day try it but be ready to spend $5 on a small ice cream.

My husband and I were celebrating his birthday along with our first anniversary. I did make reservations and had explained our little celebration. Once we entered, we were greeted with a warm welcome and was seated right away. Our waitress was just as welcoming and full of suggestions. We received a small basket of warm fresh bread and corn bread with a creamy butter spread. Enjoyed the Prince Edward Island Mussels as our appetizer. My husband ordered the Rib Eye and I got the Filet Mignon with lobster tails. The beef was like cutting butter that just melted in our mouths and the lobster tails was steamed to perfection laying in a puddle of butter. We ended the dining with the homemade pecan pie. As a gift, they did not charge us for our dessert. How nice is that??? Our overall dining experience...LOVE IT!!! It beats going all the way into Boston to have fine dining and you don't have pay for parking.
Pros: Great location, free parking, most beautiful setting, warm welcoming and friendly service
Cons: None that we can think of.

I've only had lunch here but the food was amazing and the atmosphere was very inviting. We had our infant with us and we were taken very good care of. It was busy enough in the restaurant that we didn't feel like we were disturbing anyone else having an infant with us and the noise level was not too loud - it didn't bother our child at all. The food selections were interesting and when we got served we were very pleasantly suprised. The portion sizes were good, not tiny like at fancy restaurants, but the presentation was very aesthetic, and pretty enough that it could be served at a top restaurant. And the tastes, delicious! I highly recommend it and am looking forward to having dinner there soon.

Salsa's has their own recipe for the most amazing margarita's. I would commend the Tropical Fajitas or for a lighter fair the Tex Mex Salad, but everything that I've had there so far is so tastefull and great. It is a small place but the service is great and most nights its the owner right at the door greating you and taking you to your table. Oh ya the best part is when the Mariachi Band ( I think thats how you spell it!) is there on some weekend night!
Pros: Great Food, Great Drinks, Great Service
Cons: Smaller Space, Busy @ dinner time

This shop has lots of inventive and tasty combinations of homemade ice cream and sorbets. The shop is clean and family friendly, right down to the step railing in front of the ice cream case so the younger kids can see all the choices. Try the Hingham Harbor Sludge, despite the name it is a great blend. Eat inside or stroll around the square in Hingham with your choice.

The "snug" is traditionally the coziest, most prime place in a pub in Ireland. The Snug in Hingham seems to have created that in its whole wee interior. Live session Monday nights and weekend afternoons, other live music other nights. The food here is really excellent pub food - burgers especially notable. Come often and they get to know you. Tiny - stake out a seat early if you want to stay for the music.
