This is not a world-class restaurant by any means, but it's a casual local place, good for families with children, with decent food. We like to go on Monday nights when they have a pizza special. The pizza is good, as are the hot subs. Service is very good.

This is a really nice place to go if you want to get away from cars and people and campus. They have freshly made ice cream which is really rich and creamy, and you can buy fresh milk as well. There are lots of rocking chairs out on the front porch. Unfortunately the view is a parking lot, the road, and a field in the background, but the atmosphere is really nice. It's also a great place for families to go.

Sorry but everytime I have been I have had to wait at least 15 minutes in line in the drive thru and there is only one person in front of me. Finally when it is my turn, they have messed my order up. I do not go there any more for this reason

When this Wendy's remodeled last year, they improved the building, but not the staff. Almost every drive-through order my family has gotten here in the past year has been wrong. We only continue to patronize this restaurant because of the limited fast food choices in town and the food is usually the standard Wendy's fare, which we like. They routinely give you sweet tea when you asked for (and the ordering screen confirmed) unsweetened - or vice versa. If you ask for anything custom - like no onions or pickles - there is a 60% chance it will still be on your sandwich. They never put salt and ketchup in the bag when you order fries, yet have a snarling attitude if you request it at the window. The person at the first window who takes your money rarely says 'thank you". We usually drive away from this Wendy's wishing we had gone elsewhere. They could take a few customer service lessons from the Wendy's on Shannon Road in Durham!

DO NOT USE WARREN- HAY!!!Warren-Hay deserves no stars, not even a half star for the poor quality of service I received. It took them 3 days to complete a job that should have taken 2 hours at the most. I was over charged and spoken to very rudely by the owner of the company. I would tell anyone to please look elsewhere if you are in search of quality work and hospitality. When my compressor went out I had to endure heat of over 90 degrees for more than five days before these professionals located the problem and it only took them two hours to fix the problem. My candles melted and warped from the heat. I was charged for their ineptness.

THEY DO NOT EVEN ASK HOW EVERYTHING WAS ( GUESS THEY ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER). THE LAST 2 TIMES I ATE THERE MY TOAST WAS LIKE REG. WHITE BREAD W/ WARM MELTED BUTTER ON IT, THERE IS A REASON IT'S CALLED TOAST! THEY BURN ALL THE BREAKFAST MEATS, THEY GIVE YOU COLD CLUMPY GRITS, FLIES SURROUND YOU, THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THEM IS THER HASHBROWNS!
