I have been going to Pinewest since I was 18 and found out I was pregnant. Since then several of my friends have became pregnant and also became patients at Pinewest. From the appointment until my last one, I have always appreciated the attention I was given. When I found out that I was pregnant I had never been to the OBGYN before. I was scared to death, but once I got there and was in the room with Dr. O'kieffe I was ok. He made me feel as comfortable as he could knowing I had never been there and was scared. I really like the way he comes in to the room and talks to you as a person instead of just expecting you to be undressed after the MA leaves. I recommend this office to everyone, and as of yet noone has came back and told me they had a bad experience. I have had times where it would take a while for a nurse to call me back, but when I had to make an appointment it was "Can you be here in __ minutes?" or "What about tomorrow at ____?" I really appreciate being a patient at a doctors office that treats me the way I treat my patients at my office!

The office Manager is rude and uncaring to patients needs and concerns. I was expected to give up my whole life history with an internet interview including names and birth dates of my children. After which I did complete I was then asked for my husbands and my social security numbers, address, phone number and then I was to let them take my picture for their records. After completing the online interview at home I was told at the office that the 27 pages that I did complete online was not enough. When

I have to say that my experience at pine west was a great one. I had no problem with my current OB/GYN, but after the way Pine West treated my sister during her pregnancy I thought they would be a good match for me. Like my sister and her husband my husband and I are having fertility issues. On my first visit Dr. O'Keeffe immediately knew what my problems were and started me off on the right track. I have told all my friends to go there.

I am a relatively new patient at Pinewest and so far I haven't had the greatest of experiences. As I type this review, I am sitting on hold listening to a recording stating the "next operator will be with me momentarily." I phoned the office @ 930 am leaving a message on the message line with a question for my physician because I am 14weeks pregnant and needing some help. It is 632pm and I still haven't received a call. I have been on hold for 20mins. I think I have had 4 other instances with this office's service were I have been dissatisfied. I am strongly considering transferring my services...but I don't know where to go.

This practice has four physicians, all with local hospital privileges. All physicians seem to have good rapport with patients, and the offices are fairly new. Each physician has his or her own nurses, so you see the same people each time. In addition, it seems that the doctors are concerned with more than just gynecological issues, asking questions about diet, exercise, and other lifestyle factors. Booking routine appointments must be done well in advance, but emergency appointments are handled quickly, and certain times are reserved for obstetrics patients, so there is no difficulty getting prenatal appointments. In addition, all obstetrics patients are rotated through all the physicians during prenatal appointments, so you meet all the doctors and are ready for whoever is on call when it come time to deliver. Overall, the care provided is excellent.
