I have been going to Pinewest since I was 18 and found out I was pregnant. Since then several of my friends have became pregnant and also became patients at Pinewest. From the appointment until my last one, I have always appreciated the attention I was given. When I found out that I was pregnant I had never been to the OBGYN before. I was scared to death, but once I got there and was in the room with Dr. O'kieffe I was ok. He made me feel as comfortable as he could knowing I had never been there and was scared. I really like the way he comes in to the room and talks to you as a person instead of just expecting you to be undressed after the MA leaves. I recommend this office to everyone, and as of yet noone has came back and told me they had a bad experience. I have had times where it would take a while for a nurse to call me back, but when I had to make an appointment it was "Can you be here in __ minutes?" or "What about tomorrow at ____?" I really appreciate being a patient at a doctors office that treats me the way I treat my patients at my office!

The doctors at Bethany Medical Center in High Point are very friendly. They offer great medical care and are there to listen to your health concerns. They have quick work in times if you are in need of urgent care. The office staff is very friendly as well and treat you with respect. They will try to help you with any questions you may have about billing or other matters.

The doctors and nursing staff at Central Carolina Dermatology are some of the most friendly and caring medical professionals I've ever met. The office has moved to a new building and it is very nice as well. I would highly recommend these doctors to anyone who is in need of dermatological care. I also liked the fact that the wait was not too long, they actually called me back within minutes of my appointment.

High Point Pediatrics has four practicing physicians and newly designed offices, with separate waiting rooms for sick and well children. Physicians and staff are readily available for emergencies and work-in appointments, and care is top-quality. All physicians have great rapport with patients, and appointments do not feel rushed.

I take my 2 year old and my four month old here. There are two Doctors that are SUPER... (Dr. Anderson, and Dr. Ravenel, Jr.) At appointments they never rush. They always spend lots of time answering questions, and don't make me feel stupid for asking them. They have late hours (8pm on weekdays) and convenient hours on weekends. Also, the nurses are happy to answer questions any time you call. The one problem is that Dr. Anderson is so popular, it is very hard to get an appointment with him unless you book two or three months in advance.

Archdale Pediatrics is a fairly new office. And they are partnered with Thomasville Pediatrics. There are about 16 doctors in the network that rotate between both locations. But based on my experiences, the staff at Archdale are not as friendly or knowledgeable as the Thomasville staff. It is very hard to get thru when you call. There have even been times when I have called after hours and the roll-over message was not switched on and I would technically be on hold, even when the office was not open. The doctor care is great.... I love the doctors. But I prefer to make the drive to Thomasville instead of the Archdale office.
