I used to not like this resturant. The place is kind of small and shabby and all the facilities are pretty poor but I've recently gone back once and the food was terrific this time. Previously, I had gone during peak times so the service was poor and the food took 45 minutes to come out. This time, it was much better. If you want some real chinese and/or shanghainess food, give this place a try.

Their food is excellent . This guy also owns Sawadee in Metuchen. Its SO good. My husband and I go to this place a lot. If you don't want it spicey thats fine but if you do tell them just a little bit. We used to get it with no spice then one time we told them just a little bit and it was unbearable. I would hate to see what a lot is like.

This place is great. One of the things you have to get here is the steamed soup buns. They're described as juicy buns in the English translation, which sounds really weird, but they're basically just steamed buns/dumplings with a bit of soup inside them. The soup is precious! The aim is to pick it up and eat it without losing the soup. Other than that, their steamed buns and dumplings are their specialty so any of them should be good. They've got a menu just for dim sum if that's what you want. Their vermicelli soups are pretty tasty. I also had these dumplings that were slightly spicy coated with peanut oil, or something like that on them. I forget what they were called but they were delicious. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Highly, highly recommended.

Charlie Brown’s is a great restaurant to go through both as a family or for a date. They have an amazing salad bar when you order a main entry, and the service is absolutely wonderful. The waiters and waitresses are attentive and they’re always able to solve your problems. They’re also efficient, and the food takes only a short while to prepare even on the busiest of nights. I went there with a friend for her birthday party, and they even sang happy birthday to her. It has a great atmosphere which just lights up the evening. It’s definitely a great place to dine and just generally relax.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. I went with a bunch of friends and we were all amazed by the large array of israeli foods available to order. Their shawarma sandwich was so delicious and so were their salads!! The service was great too, they took our order right away and we didn't have to wait long to get the food. I would definitely recommend this place for those who are looking for a taste of Israel.

My family and I love this restaurant! Not only is the food good, the service friendly and speedy, but the ambiance is wonderful! There is a bar on one side of the restaurant and another room resembles an old, warm library with cozy seating.
The prices are reasonable and you can't go wrong with the food. On Wednesdays they have a special on buffalo chicken wings! AMAZING! I highly recommend this specific restaurant if you're considering any Charlie Browns in the area.
