When my husband and I had an issue with the hot water heater in our new house, I asked him if he knew of any plumbers. He said "I'll just call my plumber." I said "um, okay, that's what I was asking." Then I realized that there was a company called "My Plumber"! That made a lot more sense!
I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but they two guys who came out were fantastic. They got to work right away, figured out what the problem was, gave us a quote to fix it, and got the job done in just a couple of hours.
They also took some time to teach us about hot water heaters and where to look for problems in the future, which I thought was a very nice touch.
