Oh, I can't say enough nice things about this museum! The staff are so kind. They offer free tours to all school age children.
It is the neatest thing to tour the home that was attached to the jail where the jailer resided. All the furnishings are from the 1890 period.
Please visit if you get a chance!

The shelter is ran by volunteers. They have just recently built a new cat house.
We have had 4 cats spayed at half-price with the help of this shelter.

This is a very small hometown grocery store. You can pretty much find anything that you would need, just not a lot of choices. The prices are a little higher than if you were to shop at a big chain grocer. I will occasionally shop here to support a local small business.

Polly and her staff have provided immaculate care for all of my family's pets -- we drive 2 hrs to use this office. Their pricing is very reasonable, but more importantly they care about doing the right thing, and taking care of animals with a passion. We initially learned of them from a neighbor's recommendation, as they saved my rescue dog Lily from her deathbed (she was found beaten, starved, dumped & dying on a country road) and I am forever grateful. Thank God for people like this.
