This is one of the only places in the area that's actually open late enough for people to go to and have fun. It is a really large bowling alley, so that's good because you rarely have to wait for a lane (unless there's a tournament, so beware!) and the food is open late, so if you have the late night munchies, you don't have to worry about anything! Yummy food, anytime!

This place has been around for quite a while and people today still come to bowl. The place is nice and clean. They run an organized place. Some of my friends go there around 6am to bowl because its cheaper. So you can bowl any time since it is opened 24 hours a day. They also have some arcade games and they also run a restaurant next door. Its a good place for serious bowlers.

I think the thing that makes Holiday Bowl good is because it isn't that expensive. They have great deals like the $1 games on Sunday mornings but the alleys aren't as great as they should be. They are not very greased so the balls don't slide very well, but I guess it's good because at least you won't slip. However, I also do not think that the service is all that great because they don't allow you to sit in there unless you paid to bowl.

Located on the corner of Mission and Industrial in Hayward, the Holiday Bowl has been entertaining the community for years. The towering, lighted sign can be seen for a couple of miles down the road, alerting passers-by about their live bands on Friday nights, or their Karaoke on Saturday evenings, or their $1 bowling from 6 am-10 am Sunday mornings. Okay, so bowling at 6 am on a Sunday morning may sound crazy, but they get the crowds anyway. I guess nobody goes to church or sleeps in on Sundays anymore. The also have a restaurant with typical diner fare attached to the large bowling alley. And also connected is a separate party room (where the karaoke is usually held) which can be rented out for functions. They don't do a lot of the fancy "rock and roll bowling nights" like some bowling alley's have resorted to in order to attract business. Holiday Bowl lures them in on its own.
