As a child, I remember I used to see a doctor at Bay Valley Medical in Hayward. Then we got Kaiser, and we stopped going there. Years later, when I had my own health insurance, I happily chose doctor's at Bay Valley Medical. I liked that they had a variety of specialties located in one building, supported by the same staff, so that I would not need to have multiple medical records floating around at different offices. If needed, my primary care physician and OBGYN could access the same information, or even talk directly to each other about any health concerns I had. The people there are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, and with three other locations in Pleasanton, Danville, and Castro Valley, it is also convenient. They accept a wide variety of insurance plans, too. My only real complaint is that there isn't much in the way of evening or weekend appointments.
