After having taken my Mercedes to a Mercedes Only shop for years -- and paying dearly for it, I was delighted with Bo's competence -- and super rates. Since this initial wonderful surprise I have taken my Subaru and Honda to Bo as well for the past 6 years. If you know what's going on with your car, and you want good service at a fair price, this is an excellent shop. They are not polished on the surface, but after years of working with 3 others shops, I am delighted with Bo's service.

Car repair is always hard, because you never really see exactly what is being done to your car. WIth that said, the mechanics were quite nice, but I don't really feel as though my car was treated as the mechanic said it was; meaning, I don't think that he really did/fix everything that he said he had. Not too long after did the problem arise. However, instead of giving it another chance, I just never returned to see if it was really the service or if it was just my car.
