we do the best to make you happy,and we have a lot of kids in our family we love our customers & we do the best to make them comfortable . we are here at this location for 22-years, the article above is not correct ,yes the couple was here with two children, seating in a table of 8 people that was reserved within the same name, after ten minutes we asked the couple are you waiting for more guests they said no we are only four, we apologist and we offered them a table of 4 which is more comfortable .i have 2 children my self and i love them,our costumers dine here with children for all these years and we love them.

I have never encountered staff so rude and I have eaten at restaurants around the world. We had a reservation, arrived on time, and were seated at a table by the maitre d. After we had ordered, the waiter said, "Why are you sitting here?" We tried to explain that we were seated here by the maitre d. The waiter and maitre d (who we later found out were brothers) continued to blame us numerous times for sitting there, and at one point even insisted that we used a fake identity to get the table. Believe me, the table was not so great that we would have wanted to be there in the first place! They insisted that the table was for someone else, and tried to move us. I am pregnant and we were there with two small children, so for us to be moved after settling into a table with our children is not a small task. But there were no apologies from the staff, and we were blamed for sitting in the wrong spot. We were then told that we should not have brought children to their establishment. Apparently they do not want children here, so families beware. A maitre d with 23 years experience (or so he bragged) blamed the customer for sitting at a table that he escorted us to. This maitre d has no idea how to treat people. Take your business to a family friendly place- NOT HERE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Pros: None Cons: Rude! They don't like kids!

I have had dozens of dinners at Ossy's. I also attending and held many functions in the beautiful upstairs rooms. Go up and see the one to the left, both are decorated beautifully. Ossy himself is there often. Ask for him! There is a waiter there, not tall, dark haired and I can't recall his name but he's EXCELLENT! Ossy's brother with light brown hair, around 6 ft is not the best server IMO. Only negative I have to say. The food is Northern Italian Style. The cost of an affair i.e. wedding, bar mitzvah, graduation is one of the most reasonable I have priced out. Food is always prepared fresh. Their veal dishes are awesome. This is one of my very favorite restaurants! Try them! You'll love the food. Oh and make sure you get the free bruschetta when you're seated. It's very garlicy but delicious! Bar is there as well, beer and wine served too even for affairs very reasonably.
