This place is defiantly not for me, though it may be for others who like sports and cars. They have an outdoor deck, which is a rarity in the Philadelphia region and typically something I enjoy, but this one is surrounded by parking lot and West Chester Pike, meaning you’re sucking exhaust all night. Also, there are few places to sit on said deck as most of it is taken up by the giant bar. My whiskey was also obscenely expensive for a suburban bar with such a poor setting. I guess if you like driving to the bar and watching sports, it may be for you.

This store is very convienient. They are a good size store that sells exactly what you need for a low cost. What ever is not in stock, an employee would be glad to go to the back to retrieve you some. The pharmacy is also very nice and easy. The people working there just makes you feel like you are in a great environment.

They have a good selection of videos. Their monthly club called mvp is $10 and is all the mvp movies you want. It takes on average for a new release to become mvp about a month. They have an apple dvd collection. Loads of family and children's videos. The people who work their are friendly and welcoming.

Tucked away off of Darby Rd. is one of our most consistent restaurants. I've been there a half-dozen times now and each time it's great. Service is dependable and usually timely. I had one of their duck dishes the last time I was there and it was probably the most tender duck I've ever had. My husband got the tenderloin (typical) and he loved it too. We honestly haven't had a bad meal there. Kudos, keep it up please.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. it is located in the hear t of Havertown, PA on Brookline Blvd. You can dine there or take out. Call ahead for fast take out. This place has won numerous Best Of Main Line magazine awards. The food is always fresh and free of MSG. I highly recommend the Spicy Chicken and green beans or the Sesame Chicken. You can also order sushi. They have a sushi bar too. The restaurant is clean inside and attentive servers. They also offer a special lunch menu. Lunch specials include soup, entree, rice and crispy spring roll. They also have the most delicious spring rolls!

The first night I was living in the neighborhood around the University of Pennsylvania, I stopped off at Allegro pizza to grab a quick dinner on my way to the grocery store. Sadly, despite my real fondness for pizza, I was sadly disappointed in the slice I got there. I could barely choke it down. The crust was mediocre, the sauce bland, and the cheese tasted moldy. I asked a few friends about it and they said that it was not at all a fluke and that they never go there. I certainly never will again.

Mack Anthony Paisano's is not my favorite pizza place. They serve thick crusted pizza with a lot of garlic and I found it very dry. My husband likes it, but it's not very good in my opinion. I think you can do much better at other Havertown area pizza places. Try Cenzo's...they beat Paisano's by a land slide!

The staff was friendly and the waiting room was luxurious. I’ve heard that MRI’s can be traumatic but I found this place to be pleasant. The staff gave me headphones with music to try to drown out the loud mechanical noise of the MRI machine. There were ample magazines and a large television.

Located in Havertown, the Skatium is your average skating rink. I’ve only been there to play for fun, but I’m certain the Skatium offers packages where you can take lessons (both ice hockey and figure skating) or join a league. The rink itself is well maintained and is a great place to play or just watch games for those interested.

I have been taking my son to this practice since he was an infant and I highly recommend them. They are afflilated with The University of Pennsylvania. The office is clean and sanitary. The office personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly the physicians are wonderful. They speak to the children on their level and make them feel comfortable. They also have no problems answering questions and take time with their patients. The office offers evening and Sat hours. The doctors also have a phone hour each morning when you can call and speak directly to a physician.
