Yeah half price sounds like a good deal but if you have leftovers, what do they actually do with them???? They say they throw them out but do they really? They refused to let my 6 year old son bring his leftovers home for me when he was there with his grandmother. I personally think that most likely customers are getting leftovers from the another customer.

When you hear half-price sushi most people would say, Eww, or What's wrong with it? so I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to find the place clean, the service friendly, and the sushi actually very good! And for $2.00-$4.00 a roll? Not much to complain about. I've been back many times, and we often make the trek all the way from Norristown.

I originally heard about this place from clipper magazine and fell in love! I drive all the way from Northeast Philadelphia to sample some of their cuisine! They have a great special n Mondays & Tuesdays where certain types of sushi are half-price. I can't think of a single place where you can buy a spicy tuna roll for like $3.50! They have good chicken choices for people that don't like fish ;(FRESH hibachi!) You have to try this place, but bring a coupon, or go on a day with the special prices to save money.

Shogun 3 has three separate dining areas inside, depending on what type of Asian food you are in the mood for. My favorite is the table side Hibachi grill where the cooking is entertaining and the food is delicious. They also have a sushi bar and a Chinese restaurant. The food is good, and typically priced for Asian food in the area. Definitely worth a try.
