When my couch spring "sprung" I decided to look into getting it repaired. I called this company and within a day they had sent someone out to look at it. He gave me a reasonable estimate, and when I agreed, took my couch right then and there. The couch was returned the next day. Well, about a week later, there was a problem and the couch was giving us problems. They came out right away and fixed the problem at no additional cost. I will definitely use them again if I have a furniture repair need.

I recently purchased a matress and box spring here for my son. They had nice merchandise at reasonable prices, without high pressure sales. I had walked out of several mattress stores prior to buying here because of the pushy salespeople trying to sell me the top of the line. In the end I got a nice twin set, delivered, for under $250!

When I was shopping around for a mattress and box spring I found that the national chain mattress stores used very high pressured sales tactics. That really turned me off. When I went into Verlo, I found that they did things differently. They presented the pros and cons of each model, and didn't try to talk you into a more expensive model. They gave you the space to make a decision. I was very happy with my purchase there and wold definitely go back.
