They are known for their steaks and hoagies, but they also serve great breakfast food seven days a week. They atmosphere is casual. It will remind you of breakfast eateries down the Jersey shore. No bells or whistles, just good food and great service. Halligan’s is a great place to go with toddlers. They have coloring books and crayons to keep them busy and lots of windows to look at the cars going by on West Chester Pike. If you go, try the cream chipped beef!
