This is a very good little "hole in the wall" restaurant. I have ordered all sorts of things off the menu - the combination plates give you a lot of food for the money - always having leftovers. I have both picked up my order and had it delivered. When delivered the food has always arrived fast and hot. The staff is friendly. Although it says no substitutions on the combination plates, I always ask for vegetable fried rice instead of pork rice - with no problem at all.

The ice cream and frozen yogurt are by Richardsons. They have a lot of flavors and the best part - just like the subs and pizza - they will deliver the ice cream to you!! My husband and I had a pizza and two large cups of ice cream delivered. It came quickly, priced very reasonably, and the food quality was excellent. The ice cream - I think -is the best I have had in a long time. We are definately going back (or having delivery) again.

this chinese restaurant is exceptional. The prices are very good and the staff is very friendly. I have always found the restaurant to be very clean and neat. The food is a very good deal for the money. you get a lot for your portions and have some to take home. There is a bar and they serve drinks, which are also reasonable in price. I have ordered the pu pu platters, combination plates and special dishes and have never been disappointed. They have plenty of parking and are in a strip mall with other businesses.

The Roma Restaurant is a very nice place to eat. They serve lunch and dinner, and are open on holidays. The Roma also has a bar. The food served there is excellent. The staff is very friendly and there is plenty of parking. I have had to haddock there, and also some Italian dishes - eggplant parm, veal parm, all delicious. The prices are reasonable and you get large portions. Sometimes there is entertainment - such as comedians.

I live in the general area and there are a lot of pizza places to order from, but my fiance and I always seem to end up ordering from Athens. I always get their grilled chicken sub and she loves the salads there. Their grilled chicken is really tender and has a great marinade. I have actually never had their pizza, but my neighbor orders them at least once a week and tells me it's his favorite pizza in the area.

Chicks Roast Beef is a great place to stop in and get a sandwich. The roast beef is very good. I have ordered and found the roast beef to be lean and very good quality. They serve the usual sides - fries, onion rings and some other sandwiches - like burgers. The prices are very reasonable and they give you a large portion of roast beef. There is parking right out in front and the staff is very friendly.

OK, first off, I have to say that I don't attend here for services for reasons too complicated to explain here.
However, my children have attended Vacation Bible School here for the past 4 years, and I have taught a VBS class for the past 3 years.
I have 2 or 3 neighbors who attend here, and they are great friends. I have recommended this church to other friends who have been seeking a church home, and they have settled here.
First Baptist is a great, community oriented church that cares about the physical AND spiritual wellbeing of it's parishoners, and the community at large. Evangelical and caring!

Club 125 has a very good location - just off the highway, The parking lot is huge, you will never have trouble finding a spot. There is a sports pub inside with pool tables. There are also two dance clubs, one very large, the other very small. The drinks are reasonable in price and the staff there is friendly. Every once in a while there will be some free buffett, but usually just chips, dip, etc. On saturday night in one of the dance rooms, it is 18 plus.

This Ice Cream spot is one of my favorites!
They will accommodate your children, and give them a "half-kiddie" cone (Which is a reasonable scoop of ice cream), and their regular cones are... a lot of ice cream!
One of the main attractions (besides their own, made on the premises, ice cream... try the coconut, banana, and reeses PB cup) for our family is the location. Unlike a number of the other roadside ice cream spots, Carters has a more "bucolic" setting... with picnic benches against/among the trees, and away from the road. The view is lovely, with a farm on one side, and a view of Haverhill across the river from this Bradford location.

River City is a great place to go and hang out and just play pool. The staff that work there are very friendly. There is some street parking and there is also some parking in the rear of the building. There is also a bar upstairs - Level 2. The drinks are resonable in price and I never have to ususally wait for a pool table. There is also a bar downstairs at the place too.
