I could eat this by the pie! always fresh, always the same. I never have to worry about coming in to a different twist to the sauce or cheese blend always the same always great!! You can order by the slice or the pie. Slices are actually 2 slices (1/4 of the pizza) and its about 2 bucks for cheese. Great value. Makes me feel like im home in NY again!

We go to the peds all the time especially for trivia on tuesdays. We also go in Friday nights and sometimes saturday and sundday days. We enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The service is always great and the bartender always remembers my drink, she makes a great sapphire martini. We recommend the leek soup and the chowder. (Fridays and Saturday) We love to go there and if you like a nice relaxed environment you will love the peds.

My boyfriend takes me here when I need a nice night out. The first time we did the lounge, I loved the food, and the bar menu prices were great. Our second time there, we tried to sit in the dining room, but there was a large table of cackling women, the waitress was very nice to move us to another table, but we opted to go into the lounge again. And after looking through the menu, and the prices, it was probably a good idea. The lounge is defiently the way to go, with a colorful, but relaxing atmosphere; Great lighting and art. I cant wait to go back.
Pros: great food, great ambiance
Cons: a little pricey in the dining room

We rate George's as one of top picks for a special dinner out in Haverhill. Call ahead early in the week for a reservation - they book up fast as it's a small restaurant. The menu changes seasonally with fish to meat selections. One of the fish entrees was a fish flown in from Hawaii! The dishes are well balanced with a protein, starch, and vegggie - with a unique flare to each entree. One favorite app is the Lobster Ravioli. The service is great - if you are in a rush, this is not the place to go. One night it was packed, no room at the bar, so the hostess suggested we grab a drink at the The Lasting Room. When our table opened up, she came and grabbed us. Highly recommend for a great meal with friends, family, or a romantic evening of 2.

Everytime we go back home I always get pizza from here. It is different and I haven't been able to find anything like it here in NC. The pizza doesn't not have mozarella cheese on top. It has parmesian cheese sprinkled on the top. It has been around for as long as I can remember.

I have been to the chicken connection several times, once for eat in, the other times, take out. The chicken connection has a lot of food to choose from to go along with your chicken pieces (fried) - potatoes, mac and cheese, veggies, rice. Everything looks good in the buffet glass, and you get good size portions. I thought it was a good value for the money. The place has always been clean when I have gone in, and I have no trouble with the parking.

Maria's Family restaurant is such a relaxed place to have dinner. They serve great italian food - I have really enjoyed the veal and eggplant parm there. The restaurant has always been very clean and the staff there is very friendly. There is street parking and some lot parking not too far away. The prices are very reasonable and you get really good sized portions.

I think Mr Mikes is great, I'm going there now. I'm only 14 but I have been to many resturants and this one is In my top five. THE ONLY THING NOT TO GET IS THE CHICKEN POT PIE. It's a bowl with all the things that belong in a chicken pot pie. Sounds ok but the chicken is terrible. They put a puffed up crust on top of the bowl and it's tasteless.
