When I came back to NYC three years ago, I found this place. They have every kind of food imaginable, and they can cook all of them fantastically!! Bendix is known for "Thai-American Chow", but pancakes, grilled cheeses, and Italian food are all great choices too! Like their shirts say, "Get fat!"
Pros: inexpensive, empty after 7, great food
Cons: crowded on weekends

I went to Mt. Fuji for my birthday with a group of friends and not only did we get a great meal, but we also received a great show. We ordered hibachi dishes and the chef came and put on a little show for us. He did all these cool tricks with the food as he was cooking it. Also, the food tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend that you try this place out.

Teterboro, New Jersey is my home away from home on the East coast. I work in the field of aviation and have spent many nights in this area. I was referred to A Fresh Affair by a pilot I fly with. We had an AMAZING dinner here and enjoyed the family vibe surrounding us. The spaghetti with meatballs were scrumptious and the price was so inexpensive! I have since used this restaurant in referring clients looking for a good meal, also for catering on my aircraft and I've never had a tasteless a meal.

This is the best Chinese food you will find in Northern NJ. Don't take my work for it, order your favorite Chinese food item and you'll find that it is unbeatable. My favorite items from Jumbo Chinese are boneless spareribs and General Tso's Chicken. I drive a very far distance in order to enjoy this Chinese food.

I love this food, it's always top quality, I usually get the chicken francaise(with artichokes) yummmy!, or chicken parm meal, comes with salad and pasta, soooo delicious!!! highly recommend!

I grew up within 2 miles of the original Callahan's in Fort Lee, NJ. I was a poor kid, so the visits were a rare treat. As I got older, got a part time job and a car, my visits and waistline grew. I know now they are deadly, but they are great (their motto is, "so big, so good".) Truth in advertising.
Here is the menu, no need for a pen: Deep fat fried hot dogs. Deep fat fried potatoes. Coke. Done!
When you order, get a toasted roll. Like Starbucks, you should order in the proper manner: "Single, TR. Fries" - that's a hot dog on a toasted roll with French Fries.
I only give 4 stars because this isn't the original - a joint I believe is closed for good (sigh!)
For an old-time treat - this place can't be beat.
