Big Jim's has been around a long time and my family has done business with them many times. We have dined here a couple of times and the service and food was very good. They offer delivery to certain parts of Hawthorne, which is done in a reasonable amount of time given the distance they have to travel. Only once in the many years that we've placed delivery orders with them did they lose our order. The manager apologized and offered up the next order on them. They also offer catering services. Their Penne w/Vodka Sauce is to die for! The sauce is sooo creamy! I also recommend their cheesesteak sandwiches.
