So Ann is at Arc? There are still great threaders at Charm. If I had a hard time getting it done there, I would go to Ann but staying put for now. Armela is the best at hair, any type from highlights to short/long cuts, long blow drys is her speciality. Prices are very reasonable. It's not a fancy shop but I get my money's worth. All of my friends go there now too. Five stars for Charm. I'm sorry to see Ann leave. :-( I hope Armela doesn't b/c if she does I'll follow her.

A busy place but a great place to go! I went for threading on recommendation. I wound up having my hair hi-lo-lited the next week by Armelia. It was the best I ever had done. I give Charm 5 stars.

Armela does great hair and is always busy, book appts in advance if you can. Don't let anyone switch you from Armela to someone else, she is the best but the busiest there. Someone tried to get me to use someone else, I wouldn't do it because she does such a good job. No reason for her to lose her customers b/c the other girls aren't as busy as her. Geesh! For threading, use the girl who has Ann's chair for now, she does a decent job or ask Armela who is best. The prices are still $8 for eyebrows which is 1/3 the price they charge in Ridgewood or what Ramsey used to years ago. Now that's a rip-off, $25 for eyebrow threading?

Ann wasn't there last time I went, whomever did my threading did a good job but was fast, didn't do as thorough of a job but it was ok. I'll post after I find out. As always, Armela is phenominal for hair at such good prices!! Last cut and color came out awesome! WTG Armela. She does mine, my Mom's, all three daughters and a few friends hair. Not one complaint! A little jealousy due to how busy Armela is, that I don't like at all. Other than that all is good at Charm. Let's find out where Ann is and ask Franco too and tell him, we want her back! Let him pay her well enough to come back and he can afford to.

I can't say how happy I am with Charm. I occasionally have threading done by Ann but Armela is the best there. Her hair styling, color, highlights and blowouts are phenomenal. That woman belongs in an upscale salon but stays to take care of all of us. With the economy in bad shape she is still always busy. She has long time and new clientele that don't come in any less frequently as her prices are more reasonable than any place in this county. Thank you Armela for giving your all to your customers. I show my appreciation in tipping. I tip her based on the higher prices she should be charging. 5 stars for Charm and Armela.
