We had a wonderful experience at Basset Furniture Store. The furniture is of good quality, which you pay for. The sales associates, Irene, in particular, are very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly. Except for two discounted pieces that we purchased from the showroom floor, all furniture is to be delivered to a location iin another state. I will shop there again. more

This is a very nice store is a good location. The furniture is very expensive though. Sometimes you can find great deals when they have their tent sales or on items that have slight imperfections. They very seldom have furniture in stock though except for mattresses. They have to order it which takes a few weeks. Thats one thing I dont like but when you get it, its of the highest quality. The sales floor employees are friendly, professional, and neatly groomed. more
