This doctor is excellent! My 6 year old Collie had been ill for over 3 months with vomit,diarrhea and the loss of 14 pounds. After $1200.00 worth of x-rays, blood test etc. at Kirkwood animal hospital they told us to give him pepcid ac. I finally decided to get a second opinion! I lost my dog to cancer that day! I had the blood work faxed over and this doctor found all kinds of red flags! If treated 3 months ago I would still have our Collie who was too young to die! We tried surgery but my baby was infested with cancer! We had to do the humane thing even though it hurts really bad! Kirkwood Animal Hospital failed us! I hope that my baby did not die in vain! Pls. make sure to take your animals to an experienced vet. This doctor spent 3 hours with us as a walk in on a Saturday and with patients waiting in the waiting room. I have an older Collie which I have switched over to her! For all her efforts she deserves to drive whatever she wants!

This vet is provides great service, and is generally where I board my dog whenever I have to be away. However, vets are quite pricey! This vet drives a large yellow Hummer, which makes me feel like I am overpaying her, which is why I lowered the rating. Otherwise a great veterinary clinic.
