The food here is delicious, however the service here is very poor. While I was waiting on my food the girl was frantic and going crazy, she looked like she had a thing for the owner. When he walked in all she could do is flirt. She then proceeded to forget half my order, ignore the fact a customer dropped a banana split right in front of her, and didn't even offer to help clean it or offer a new one. I was unpleased with the service, however the food there is consistently good.

Franklin Heating and Refrigeration was prompt and quick to service my furnace. They were easy to work with and to schedule the appointment. I found them to be reliable, friendly and easy to work with. I liked them so much I signed the yearly maintenance agreement on both my furnace and AC unit.
Pros: Work well with busy schedules
Cons: None!

A very good place, we've been there many times. the food is always good, people are nice and have fast service. The place is kept clean. Take out service is excellent. I didn't like Chinese food until I tried it here. Pepper steak and tomatoes is top of the line.

This company has been delivering my daughter's school equipment for four years. It is unfortunate that her system had to be replaced six times, but this is the era of network viruses.
They are always on time, call in advance to make sure we are home, and setup/install all of her equipment with input on my part. For security reasons they have you sign five forms to prove that the delivery was there on time and the agent was polite and courteous.
Any company that needs quality service an delivery should consider this company in its top five

We purchased our family room set from Sofa Express, it took me several visits to settle on the pattern and set that I liked and the salesperson was very helpful and patient. The store is a little overwhelming, as I think they have a ton of furniture into a not so large space. We found the prices very reasonable compared to other stores in the area, thought their tables seemed hire then other stores of similar quality. I would recommend borrowing a swatch of the pattern and taking it home to look at in your own setting.

There could be worse I guess. The manager is never in the office or even on site when they are supposed to be. They do not repair things in a timely manner or at all in some cases. They paint over mold growing on the ceiling and don't fix leaky roofs. Overcharge for water and won't fix their admitted mistakes. Takes 4+ times to fix faucet and it still never gets fixed. Say they repaired something, but never actually showed. Furnaces in horrible conditions, unhealthy and they use tape to fix it. Do not clean apartments between tenents.
